Video Production signed by George Bucur, filmed at The Mincu House, Bucharest.
In 1890 the architect Ion Mincu bought a house in Pictor Arthur Verona Street, Bucharest, from the architect Antonio Gaetano Burelli. Ion Mincu overhauled the house and altered it by raising a part of the building and introducing some elements of the neo-Romanian style. Following the architect's death in 1912, the building was inherited by his heirs. In 2003 the house was bought by the Chamber of Architects of Romania and became a major venue for the professional community. The house restoration, carried out by a team led by architect Serban Sturdza, was completed in 2012. Following the request made by Mr Serban Sturdza, Mani Gutau joined the restoration team, being responsible for the entire audio-video system design & installation.

Equipped with state of the art technological equipment, The Mincu House is one the architectural and cultural heritage buildings featured in Urma's forthcoming album ''LOST END FOUND'' developed in partnership with Pro Patrimonio Foundation & The Chamber of Architects of Romania, serving as the perfect example for the restoration and the re-use of historic buildings, in order to connect them into a cultural & economic network, respecting traditional craftsmanship and appropriate construction techniques.
